Instalación y operación del reactor de alta presión:

1. El reactor de alta presión debe colocarse en el interior. En el equipo del reactor múltiple de alta presión se debe colocar por separado. Cada sala de operaciones debe tener una salida que conduzca directamente al exterior o al pasillo, y la ubicación del equipo debe estar bien ventilada.

2. Al instalar la cubierta del hervidor, se debe evitar que la cubierta de sellado de la cubierta del hervidor choque entre sí. Coloque con cuidado la tapa sobre el caldero en una posición fija. Al apretar la tuerca principal, debe apretarse repetidamente y simétricamente. Fuerza uniformemente. No permita que la tapa se incline hacia un lado para un buen sellado.

3. Cuando se unen las tuercas delantera y trasera, solo se pueden girar las tuercas delantera y trasera. La cara de sellado de los dos arcos no se debe girar entre sí.

4. Needle type valve of high pressure reactor is sealed by line. Only by gently rotating the valve needle and pressing the cover tightly, good sealing effect can be achieved.

5. Rotate the high pressure reactor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.

6, The controller of high pressure reactor should be flat on the operating table, its working environment temperature is 10 to 40 ℃, relative humidity is less than 85%, the surrounding medium not containing conductive dust and corrosive gas.

7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear panel of high pressure reactor are normal, remove the upper cover, check whether the connector contact is loose, and whether there is damage or rust caused by improper transportation and storage.

8. The controller of high pressure reactor  shall be grounded reliably.

9. Connect all wires, including power cord, electric furnace wire between controller and kettle, motor wire, temperature sensor and tachometer wire.

10. Close the "power supply" air main switch on the panel and the digital display table should be displayed.

11. Set various parameters (such as upper alarm temperature, working temperature, etc.) on the digital display table, then press the "heating" switch, the electric furnace is connected, and the indicator light on the "heating" switch is on. Adjust the "pressure adjustment" knob to adjust the heating power of the electric furnace.

12. Press the "stirring" switch to energize the stirring motor. At the same time, the indicator on the "stirring" switch is on.

13. Cuando finaliza la operación, puede enfriarse de forma natural, enfriarse con agua o colocarse sobre el soporte. Después de la caída de temperatura, el gas de presión en la caldera se liberará para reducir la presión a la presión atmosférica (el medidor de presión muestra cero). Luego, la tuerca principal se rotará simétricamente y de manera uniforme, la tuerca principal se descargará y la cubierta del reactor de alta presión se quitará cuidadosamente y se colocará en el soporte.

14. Después de cada operación para el reactor de alta presión, retire el residuo del cuerpo de la caldera y la tapa. El sello principal debe limpiarse regularmente y mantenerse limpio. Las superficies duras o rugosas no deben limpiarse.
